Tenax Airflex and Filiflex diamond brushes are designed for use on existing fabrication shop tooling. These brushes are engineered to be used in succession to create textured finishes on stone surfaces.

4" Filiflex Aggressive Removal

Tenax 4" Filiflex diamond brushes are made with many narrow bristles and remove material aggressively. This is what you want at the front end of the texturing process. Filiflex brushes cut deeper into the stone that the brushes used toward the end of the process. Using these brushes will create a nice, rugged, antiqued look on the surface of the stone slab.

After using the 4" Filiflex series, the stone professional then uses the 4" Airflex series. These brushes are available in three additional grits. The Airflex brushes are designed to add color and form a beautiful soft antique look to the stone's surface. Additionally, there other higher numbered Airflex grits that may be used to follwo the standard Airflex brushes. These "Lux" brushes allow you to work the stone to an even smoother looking finish. Using these brushes together allows you to achieve textured, leathered, or antiqued surfaces in a controlled manner.
